Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use SignalSizer ("the Software") on one (1) computer per active license at any given time. Each license is cryptographically bound to a specific machine on activation; moving to a new computer requires deactivating the license on the old machine first.

The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein.
This license is granted for the subscription term stated at the time of purchase and renews only as you separately agree to. We may revoke a license immediately, without refund, if you breach this Agreement, including by sharing your license key, attempting to circumvent license verification, or using the Software unlawfully.
SignalSizer is offered in two tiers: a permanent FREE tier (manual signal sizing preview only) and a paid PRO subscription (currently £49.99/year) that additionally unlocks live Telegram signal listening, one-click and automatic trade placement, and break-even automation. Current features and pricing for each tier are published on our features page and may change for future purchases or renewals.
Under UK consumer law, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel an online purchase for a full refund. Because a PRO license activates and grants access immediately on purchase, by completing checkout you expressly request that we begin supplying the license straight away, and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once activation has occurred.
Outside of the above, refunds are at our discretion. If the Software has a defect that we cannot fix within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
SignalSizer sizes and executes trades based on text you or a third-party Telegram channel provide. We do not generate trading signals, do not provide investment advice, and are not a broker. Nothing in the Software or on this site constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
The Software integrates with MetaTrader 5 (MetaQuotes Ltd.) and Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC), and connects to your chosen broker's trading servers. We are not affiliated with, and are not responsible for, these third parties' services, availability, or conduct.
You will not use the Software to violate your broker's terms of service, applicable law, or the rights of any third party, including the operator of any Telegram channel you connect the Software to.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any signal processed by the Software, nor as to the performance of any trade the Software sizes or places on your behalf. You are solely responsible for every trading decision you make or authorise, including decisions to enable automatic trade placement or automatic break-even.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or trading losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
An active PRO subscription entitles you to all Software updates released during your subscription term at no additional cost, including new features, performance improvements, and bug fixes. The FREE tier also continues to receive maintenance updates.
If your PRO subscription lapses, PRO features (live Telegram listening, trade placement, break-even automation) will stop working on your next license check-in until you renew; the FREE sizing calculator remains available regardless. Renewing restores PRO functionality without needing to reinstall or reconfigure the Software.
